Polyphenol Intake Linked to Lower ADHD Risk
Polyphenols are micronutrients with antioxidant properties found abundantly in many fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices. In a recent study that included 400 children under the age of twelve, researchers observed an association between a higher dietary polyphenol intake and a reduced risk for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Can Exercise Help Fight Colon Cancer?
